The mortgage reference interest rate will remain unchanged at 1.25% on September 2, 2026. It has been at this level since September 2, 2025.
The average interest rate of all domestic mortgage claims relevant for the calculation is1.31% as of June 30, 2026, which is slightly below the value of the last survey of 1.32%.
